Marketing Associate
We’re looking for a creative, outgoing person who is passionate about connecting people, cultivating relationships, and building a business. You will be focused on driving revenue through conference ticket sales, conference partnerships and sponsorships, and marketing our training courses. You will use your background in communications and marketing to plan and implement sales strategies and to develop business relationships.
We need someone who can share the story of Bevy and CMX and engage with community, customer success, marketing, sales, and other industry professionals to help drive conference attendance and sponsorships. You are someone who can work independently in a remote position, but communicates and collaborates effectively with a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and campaigns to drive ticket sales for our annual in person conference, CMX Summit 2025
- Identify and manage strategic partnership and sponsorship opportunities for CMX Summit 2025
- Maintain existing relationships with partners and sponsors for CMX Summit 2025
- Making data driven decisions about new campaigns and targeted marketing
- Drive go-to-market campaign to refresh and drive CMX Academy sales, to drive growth for this certification program.
- Report on ticket sales, sponsorships, and all revenue weekly. Use these reports to inform how to change tactics and strategies moving forward
About You
- 3+ years experience with growth marketing and driving sales
- Experience managing Meta, Google, LinkedIn Ads. For the ticket sales.
- Experience building and implementing ticket sales strategies
- Comfortable interacting with a variety of different people from different backgrounds
- Experience with HubSpot CRM and Hubspot Marketing tools
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with cold calls
- Organized and autonomous - you make educated and well thought out decisions, and know how to step up to get the job done
- Comfortable pivoting quickly to meet the needs of other areas in the company
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with outreach tools like Lead IQ, Apollo, and Outreach.
- Experience with AI outreach approaches for sponsorship and partnership prospections.
Salary range: $40,000-$70,000 USD
