Through RSVPs, check-ins, and ultimately sales that convert from them.

This is a Test comment :)

This is a test too then :)

And another 😂

A usual metric that works is comparing the number of registrations vs the number of check-ins vs the final number of people attending the event.

Hi there!

Key Metrics

  1. Attendance: Track number of attendees.

  2. Engagement: Measure participation (questions, polls).

  3. Repeat Attendance: Monitor return rates.

  4. New vs. Returning: Analyze attendee mix.

  5. Social Media: Track likes, shares, and mentions.

  6. Website Traffic: Monitor event page visits.

  7. Email Metrics: Measure open and click-through rates.

Feedback Mechanisms

  1. Surveys: Send post-event surveys for immediate feedback.

  2. Testimonials: Collect attendee testimonials.

  3. Social Media Listening: Monitor comments and discussions.

  4. Community Polls: Use quick polls for specific feedback.

Actions

  • Analyze Trends: Identify patterns over time.

  • Act on Insights: Implement improvements based on feedback.

  • Involve Community: Share findings and planned changes with your community.

Attendance, NPS and qualitative data

I use the post-event survey to track if my attendees resonate with the event and the content.

Returners! How many folks have come back for 2+ events?

Repeat attendees is a good and sometimes elusive metric.

I measure conversion (# of new members added) and also the 'time to conversion' (from invitation to activation of a new member). I also measure member engagement by member referrals (who has referred most members -- my superfan members). Who is logging in daily/weekly/monthly. I also measure repeat event attendees over time.
