Most times I write down my goals for each day (it's easier to track on papers) and tick them out of the box once they've been achieved.
I set alarms as well to serve as reminders for each task so as to be time conscious.
Getting an accountability partner or community where you can share your daily or weekly achievements has worked for me too.
Staying away from social media when I have tasks to do has been helping me stay focused too.
